On 29 June 2023, the Spanish Technology Platforms for Innovation in Sustainable Chemistry, SusChem-Spain, and for Advanced Materials and Nanomaterials (MATERPLAT), organised this interesting event on Safe-and-Sustainable-by-Design Challenges in Advanced Materials.

The International Polymer Colloids Group Conference (IPCG) is the most important meeting on Polymer Colloids organized worldwide.

Between 12 and 30 June 2023, colleagues from Uni Potsdam and PDWA (namely Hilmer Tasto, Tobias Simon and Sebastian Zimmermann) performed a PDW measuring campaign at the laboratories of our industrial partner Evonik in Germany.

The 6th Dialogue on NanoSafety with the title “The role of characterization and how it is addressed in INISS-Nano” took place on 21 June 2023 in Berlin, Germany.

On 3rd June 2023, BNN visited the labs of BRAVE Analytics in Graz. BRAVE gave a demonstration of their OF2i technology to BNN colleagues to facilitate the (nano)safety assessment of their processes.

From 8 to 12 May 2023, some colleagues of BRAVE visited Cnano facilities in Athens (Greece) to test BRAVE’s OF2i sensor prototype “BRAVE B-Continuous”.

Pint of Science is an international science festival where researchers share their latest findings right in the pub next door. On 22 May 2032 BNN hosted the Pint of Science Austria session “Invisible to the eye – New technologies under the magnifying glass” in Graz, including a talk from Christian Hill (BRAVE Analytics) who talked about their solutions for particle analysis using light beams, that are being developed within NanoPAT.
